Coldwell Banker Caine Announces New Residential and Commercial Partnership for Upcoming Communities

Updated: Mar 23, 2020

By Coldwell Banker Caine

Coldwell Banker Caine and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine are proud to announce a new partnership to manage the sales and marketing of Piedmont Village, a residential and commercial community in Piedmont, SC. Red Oak Developers had the vision to revitalize this charming historic mill village into a thriving neighborhood featuring over 60 townhomes and single family residences as well as 25,000 SF of commercial space. Development is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2020.

With an emphasis on green living, the community will be powered using Green Power from the Hydro Project owner. Sutera waste and recycling units will be installed throughout the Village, omitting the need for dumpsters and enclosures. Piedmont Village will also be the first project in South Carolina to include Building Biology, a commitment to healthy spaces free of toxic pollutants and hazards, into all of the buildings.

Buyers will enjoy options including three level townhomes with parking underneath, modern mill houses, and larger homes on riverfront and grand views. The residential opportunities will meet a variety of price points, lifestyles and have a true, urban living feel. The Village will feature a pedestrian bridge across the Saluda River that links Anderson County and Greenville County, a trail system with public river access, and kayak landings. The commercial space is slated to include the new Saluda Falls Brewery overlooking the waterfall, restaurants, retail and more. Approximately 12 miles from downtown Greenville, Piedmont Village will provide easy access to the Upstate’s top attractions, while also offering the convenience of a village-style community. The Village will include green spaces, parks and public access along the riverfront.

“We are honored to partner with Red Oak Developers in the Piedmont Village project,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO at Coldwell Banker Caine. “The vision behind this community is creative and unique. We look forward to bringing this new style of living to the Upstate.”

“We are excited to partner with Coldwell Banker Caine on our project. They bring tremendous value through experience in both residential and commercial real estate, a dynamic internal marketing program and a brand that will enhance the expected success of the Village,” said Brad Skelton, President of Piedmont Village Partners LLC and Red Oak Developers.
